Handicapped Workers was a telemarketing firm which became notorious for its shady tactics.

Handicapped Workers presented itself as a vendor of light bulbs, apparently intended to benefit or provide jobs for handicapped Americans.

Telemarketing tactics included:

• Refusing to obey direct orders not to call again
• Asking for an unknown person named "Steven Biller", in an apparent attempt to go around telemarketing laws by pretending that the phone call was a wrong number.

Many of the light bulbs, unlike the telemarketers, are still working.

Status: As of August 2009, Handicapped Workers still had no page at Wikipedia.
